Explore the world of anime and subculture in the "holy land of otaku".
Nakano is known to be the "holy land of otaku".
In contrast to Akihabara which has all the newest and most popular works of anime and its merchandise, Nakano is a place that has a series of much more maniacal anime merchandise. These include anime from older generations that are still loved to this day and the less mainstream anime. Unlike Akihabara, all the shops are huddled together in one area of Nakano, so you will easily be able to tick-off anime goods from your shopping list.
Jump into the world of Otaku as you window shop for figures, cosplay costumes, second-hand books and games, fanzines and much more!
・Enjoy shopping in Nakano which has more of a maniacal selection of merchandise and places to visit, compared to Akihabara!
・Spend some time in a famous maid bar in Nakano, after a day of shopping.
