Visit the popular tourist destinations; Tsurugaoka Hachimangu Shrine and the Great Buddha of Kamakura, as well as a shrine that is known to bring you luck; Zeniarai Benten Shrine, and a temple from where you can enjoy the beautiful scenery of Kamakura's sea and town; Hase-dera. At Komachi Street you can enjoy eating and walking, tasting local gourmet foods from over 250 shops, and sit down in an old renovated house, now used as a cafe, to enjoy Japanese confectionery.

Attractions


・Tsurugaoka Hachimangu Shrine:Speaking of Kamakura tourism, this shrine cannot be removed. It has a history of over 1000 years and is popular as a power spot. The guide will explain the local attractions, so don't miss it!
・Komachi Street:There are many shops where you can eat and walk. There are many things that you can only eat in Kamakura and you can't buy. Please eat what you like while walking.
・Kamakura Rental Cycle by Kamakura Station:An electric bicycle is required to go to the next spot! Let's rent a bicycle here and move with Suisui ♪
・Zeniarai Benten Shrine:What does it mean to wash money? ? We do not wash it to make it clean, but to make money. Wash your money with the water at the shrine and pray for better luck!
・Tenugui Cafe Ichigeya:A cafe renovated from a 70-year old private house. Eat sweets in a Japanese space and take a break! It's also a shop for Japanese towel "Tenugui", so it's recommended as a souvenir.
・Kotoku-in:This is a temple where the famous huge Buddha statue, the national treasure “Kamakura Daibutsu” is enshrined. The height is over 11m and you can enter the inside of the Buddha! Enjoy the Buddha statue experience from outside and inside.
・Hase-dera Temple:A flower temple where you can enjoy seasonal plants. There are lots of highlights in the precincts, and you may forget your time, such as cute amulets and funny fortunes. It is also a scenic spot with a panoramic view of the sea and Kamakura.

・If it's rainy on the tour date, your tour routes/spots will be changed.
・Please come in comfortable clothing, as this tour involves a lot of walking.
・Remember to bring your passport as you will need it to rent a bicycle, as proof of identity.
・You will only be able to use Japanese yen when buying food at Komachi Street and renting a bicycle, so please make sure that you have Japanese cash on you.
・The tour begins and ends in different locations. If you would like to change the location of where the tour ends, please consult with your tour guide.
・This tour includes a lunch/dinner venue.
・On Tuesdays and Wednesdays "Tenugui Cafe Ichigeya" is closed. If any of the scheduled places are closed on the day you visit, your tour guide will take you to an alternative location.

Please bring at least ¥2,300 with you (per person) on the day to cover your travel expenses, entrance fees and other necessary costs.
