・ Find your best souvenir, since you will visit a lot of shops specializing in soy sauce, miso (fermented soybean paste), dashi (soup stock), and rice.
・ Taste seasonings and ingredients. We have prepared many spots you can try them!
・Shokunin Shoyu MATSUYA Ginza: A shop that has more than 80 kinds of soy sauce from all over Japan. You can taste them all before you buy it!
・Kuzefuku Shoten Tokyu Plaza Ginza: A shop that has a selection of products such as Japanese pickles, food boiled in say sauce, sweets from different brands and places. You can feel their motto “The Japanese Gourmet Store”!
