Is that all? No! There is much more, wide, clean stone pavements like a Japanese movie, local shops located along a path unknown to tourists and an artist path which is becoming highly popular today,. “Geisha” and “Maiko” also walk these paths, so keep an eye out for them!
You will also visit a temple with more than 1,000 years, and later stop by a famous café!

・Visit many paths from the famous “Hanamikoji” which is a must-see if you go to Gion. There are some paths too narrow for people to pass by!
・Take pictures at the spots! All of the spots on this tour are photogenic so this tour is recommended for those who want to walk around the Japanese-iconic area and for those who want to discover hidden photography spots!
・Ajikiroji: A small area with narrow paths with traditional Japanese houses that have been there for more than 100 years! Nowadays, young artists gather here and use this area for their work and to have a shop/atelier.
・Miyakawa-cho Street: A path that takes you to a traditional amusement district where “Geisha” and “Maiko” work. You might see them if you are lucky! It becomes crowded in the late afternoon but it is a silent place with traditional Japanese houses and stone wall during the day.
・Kenninji: The oldest Zen temple in Kyoto with many things to take a look at such as the dragon painted on the ceiling, the peaceful garden and the paintings on the sliding screens!
・Hanamikoji: The road that is located in the middle of the amusement district of Gion, Kyoto. To enjoy your Kyoto tour to your fullest, this place is a must to visit! Lights get on after getting dark and it becomes even more energetic an area!
・Jyuyonbankoj”: There are many narrow paths in this area with a lot of tourists. You won't realize that those paths exist without your guide!
・Anon: A Japanese sweets shop which has a high reputation of their sweet bean paste! Sand sweet bean paste and mascarpone cheese with a Japanese cracker and you will get the best Japanese-Western mix! It is also suitable as a souvenir!
・Shirakawa-minami Street: A path which will remind you of a Japanese movie! You will feel like you are an actor in a Japanese movie with this tasteful path. Don’t forget to take pictures!
・Please come in comfortable clothing, as this tour involves a lot of walking.
・The tour begins and ends in different locations. If you would like to change the location of where the tour ends, please consult with your tour guide.
・We have not included any particular lunch/dinner places in this tour, but you are welcome to stop for a break and eat at resting spots.
