Many photographers across the world come to the path in the bamboo grove to take beautiful pictures and there is a new photogenic spot where you can take pictures against a kimono pattern which you should visit!

・Bamboo Forest Path: One of the most famous spots in Arashiyama. Take photos of the beautiful path among the bamboo forest!
・Jojakkoji Temple: A temple in a mountain which has no walls between the greenery and the precinct. The red autumn leaves are so beautiful that it is a must to visit this spot!
・Yuzen Chopsticks: A shop specializing in chopsticks where you will find a perfect souvenir for your Kyoto tour! Find your favorite one and get your name carved on it!
・Tenryuji Temple: One of the most famous temples in Arashiyama which is a world heritage with a Japanese garden which is the first national treasure and a painting of a “Daruma”, a round traditional Japanese doll. The deformed powerfull painting looks like modern art and is very popular.
・Kimono Forest: A beautiful path with palls wrapped with kimono cloth!
・Café de salan: A famous café where you can have a view of Katsura River. Make sure to try their specialty: curry and rice with many traditional vegetables of Kyoto and matcha parfait placed on a rice bowl.
・Togetsukyo Bridge: A famous bridge across the iconic river: Katsura River. It is really a photogenic spot so don’t forget to bring your camera!
・Please come in comfortable clothing, as this tour involves a lot of walking.
・We have not included any particular lunch/dinner places in this tour, but you are welcome to stop for a break and eat at resting spots.
