Since Kyoto has many temples and shrines, it is quiet during the night. However, Gion is an amusement district where you can hang out till morning! You will visit this area especially shops located on a photogenic street!
Imagine walking in an area with traditional Japanese houses, Japanese paper lantern, and stone paving under your feet. That will be the kind of tour you will experience on this tour!
You will have traditional Kyoto nibbles and drinks at each of the spots you visit. make sure not to eat and drink too much if you want to hop several bars we have prepared for you!

・Don’t miss the “okonomiyaki”, an iconic food of Western Japan made from flour, egg, water and so on with ingredients such as pork, shrimp, noodles etc… The okonomiyaki here is a unique one which you should give a shot!
Yasaka Shrine: A vermilion colored famous shrine with many tourists. There are many spots for worshiping on the premises and there are also food stands which makes it like a typical Japanese Summer festival.
Hanamikoji Street: The street that penetrates the amusement district: Gion. You can't miss this street to make the most of your tour! After it gets dark and the lights are lit, this street becomes energetic with the crowd.
Shirakawa-minami Street: A street with a good Kyoto-ish taste that will make you feel you are in a Japanese movie! Make sure to take pictures here!
Issen Yoshoku: A shop where you can eat “okonomiyaki”, an iconic food of Western Japan made from flour, egg, water and so on with ingredients such as pork, shrimp, noodles etc… You will like both the taste of okonomiyaki and retro toy box-like atmosphere of this shop!
Watanabe Yokocho: A Japanese standing bar which is famous among locals! You can have delicious Kyoto home cooking and sake here!
Yanagi Koji: A path which is only about 2meters in width. Although it is located next to the amusement district, it has an elegant atmosphere! Recently, this path is becoming more and more famous since they changed the pavement to a Kyoto-ish stone one and many new fashionable shops came to this street!
・The tour begins and ends in different locations. If you would like to change the location of where the tour ends, please consult with your tour guide.

2. Take Kawaramachi Shijo Street and walk to the West. You will see the shrine at the end of the street.
