Sample traditional foods, from everyday household dishes to desserts!
Despite it being in the heart of the great metropolis; Tokyo, Tabata Ginza Shotengai still stands strong as an old shopping district. The unique aspect of this shopping district is how every food shop sells street food that you can easily take away and eat while you walk. Although it is quite a small shotengai shopping street, it is often introduced on TV for being such a lively, market-like area. After sampling foods that have been loved by locals for years, you will be taken to a Japanese garden where you can relax and take a rest. If you are tired of all the hustle and bustle and the tremendous amount of people in the city, this tour is perfect for a detox!
・Try the handmade, deep fried monaka, a snack that has been enjoyed since the Edo period (1603-1868)!
