The following compensation is attached for free when you book a tour

Tour start (meet with tour guide) until tour finishing point (tour guide dismissal)

Support will be provided at an accident/trouble center of the insurance company (available in 17 languages).

Settlement negotiation service provided by the insurance company is available for accidents resulting in liability.

• Insurance service is provided by otomo's contract with underwriting insurance companies
  (guest contract with insurance company is not required)

  Underwriting Insurance Company: Tokio Marine & Nichido Fire Insurance Co., Ltd.
  Underwriting Insurance Agency: Best Create Co.,Ltd.

• Compensation is based on the underwriting insurance company's general insurance policy, special conditions and covenants.
  Judgment of insurance application is based on prescribed procedures specified by the underwriting insurance company.
• Insurance services would be modified or cancelled without prior notification.
• Effective date: June 1st, 2022
